Organizational information

In order to take part in the Forum, on-line registration and covering participation costs is necessary.

A Participant fee includes:

• attending all scientific sessions
• entering medical exhibition
• conference materials
• a badge
• a participation certificate
• coffee, tea, and lunch served during breaks
• attending a festive supper

For younger endocrinologists (not turning 30 yet) we offer a special participation package of services at a price of 1200,00 zlotys (283 euros), which additionally includes three night’s lodging with breakfast.

An accompanying person fee includes:

• attending the social meeting

Registration deadline

Registration forms will be accepted until the number of participants meets the number of places available, but no further than until the 15th October 2010.

Cancellations will be accepted until the 20th of August 2010, only in writing:

If you don’t manage to meet the deadline, no cost returns will be made.

Certificate

By the end of the conference participants will get a Participation Certificate honored with educational points.
