INTERNATIONAL FORUM OF ENDOCRINOLOGY, DIABETOLOGY AND METABOLIC DISORDERS

Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolic Disorders Forum is a conference of scientifically instructional character, which is organized by 23 different Scientific Associations, all of them daily dealing with endocrine issues. The aim of the conference is to integrate their medical enterprises by presenting the latest scientific achievements and share their practical experiences from everyday work. In order to achieve this goal, there have been 23 scientific High Light sessions planned, that will be held under the patronage of Scientific Associations listed below. Presidents of these Associations will be at the same time members of the Scientific Committee Forum:

IV. Poster sessions “From basic scientific knowledge to an Endocrine Clinic”. Authors of the three best posters will be daily granted the Polish Society’s of Endocrinology Board award, which is a prize of 1000 zlotys for the author of each chosen poster.
V. Moreover, Polish Society’s of Endocrinology Board will also award prizes for three best works in the field of Polish Endocrinology in 2008-2010 (the first prize is 4000 zlotys, second is 3000, and the third mounts to 2000 zlotys), as well as three works written in 2008-2010 with the highest Impact Factor. The prize amounts to 3000 zlotys for each work.
VI. Registration
In order to take part in the conference it is necessary to register using our on-line registration form. Participation fee equals 500 zlotys, (until 30th June 2010) and it includes participation cost, conference materials, catering, a certificate of participation, and your presence at a festive supper.
For younger endocrinologists (not turning 30 yet) we offer a special participation package of services at a price of 1200 PLN (283 Euros), which additionally includes three night’s lodging with breakfast.
All participants are kindly welcomed to share and present their works, and to interactive participation, as well as taking part in the training that will be provided.
Conference will be held in Polish.
Every participant will get a participation certificate with educational points granted.
